Learning from Nature’s Architecture

John Herschel describes nature as constructing a refined and often invisible architecture, shaped by balance and order rather than force. At O/I Design Studio, this principle underpins how we design. Our work is driven by close observation, research, and strategic response to each project’s context. By understanding the natural, social, historical, and spatial conditions of a site, we develop architecture and interiors that are clear in structure, precise in execution, and capable of evolving with use.
